Breath, also known as Qi or Prana, is our life force energy. It is a constant and universal
experience we share, and a powerful tool to access presence. Through the breath, we return to the here and now.

This curated wellness experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and come home to
yourself. Together, we will move through guided breathwork, lymphatic drainage, somatic
release practices including tapping and humming, and meditation, all rooted in the wisdom of
the eight limbs of yoga.

Designed for 113 Spring as a somatic and seasonal reset, this experience is inspired by spring as a time of renewal, expansion, and bloom. We will incorporate spring-inspired essential oils and teas to support this transition, both internally and externally.

This gathering is an invitation to awaken your vitality, soften into presence, and align with the
natural rhythm of the season. Through breath, movement, and stillness, we create space to
release, restore, and rise into a new season of energy and aliveness.

The inspiration

Breath is the cornerstone of presence and mindfulness. As we transition into spring, we emerge
from a period of stillness into a season of vitality, bloom, and abundance. Our breath is always
there to guide us back to the present moment.

In yoga and other ancient wellness practices, breath is used to cultivate balance in the mind and body and to create harmony with our external environment. As we breathe in the air around us, we are in constant relationship with the outer world.

Learn how to align our inner world with our outer world as a pathway to true seasonal living.

How it works

Enter 113 Spring's calming enviornment reflecting the intention of renewal. As we settle in, we'll set our own intentions for the season through quiet reflection.

Then we will be guided through breathing and somatic exercises including
- Lymphatic movement
- Tapping, humming and gentle movement for somatic release
- Pranayama and box breathing
- Guided meditation

We will close out with a discussion on aligning our lives with the Spring season and how to use the breathe as a tool to access presence and inner power.

Continue to integrate your experience over a cup of warm tea while mingling and connecting with others.
