Booking Cancellation Policies
Services (One-on-One Sessions):
- More than 24 hours in advance: Cancel or reschedule through your confirmation or reminder emails for a full refund
- Within 24 hours: Email us. Refunds are generally not available, though exceptions may be made at staff discretion. Rescheduling is not guaranteed
Events (Group Experiences):
- More than 24 hours in advance: Cancel through your confirmation or reminder emails (no refunds provided)
