How do I book a service, program, or event?
You can book services, experiences, and events directly through our website or in person at 113 Spring St. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help in-store or via hello@113spring.com.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, services, experiences, and events require payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. For details on payment options or specific sessions, check the booking page or ask our team for assistance.
Do you offer virtual experiences?

Booking Cancellation Policies
Can I cancel or reschedule my service appointment?
Services (One-on-One Sessions):
- More than 24 hours in advance: Cancel or reschedule through your confirmation or reminder emails for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours: Email us. Refunds are generally not available, though exceptions may be made at staff discretion. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Events (Group Experiences):
- More than 24 hours in advance: Cancel through your confirmation or reminder emails (no refunds provided).
- Within 24 hours: No cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling available.

Products
Can I order products online?
Currently, our products are only available for purchase in-store. Online ordering and shipping will be available soon. Thank you for your interest and patience.
Do products change with each theme?
Yes, each theme introduces a new curated selection of products. You'll discover fresh and unique items every season, so there's always something new to explore.
What happens to products when themes change?
Most products are theme-specific and available for a limited time. A few may stay available while supplies last, and we sometimes bring back favorites.
Can I shop products without booking a service or event?
Our curated product selection is always available for browsing and purchasing, whether you're here for an experience or just to explore what's new.
Are your products sustainable or ethically sourced?
Yes. Nature, its ecosystems, and rhythms inspire everything we create at 113 Spring. Our products are carefully chosen using our Care Principles—a framework that ensures everything we offer supports thoughtful, responsible living. We partner exclusively with organizations committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing, and we encourage our partners to continuously improve their practices. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash. If you have questions about a specific payment method, just ask our team.
Can I return or exchange products?
