Details

The trees have been breathing for over 350 million years—moving in quiet reciprocity with the world around them.

Breathe With the Trees is an immersive breathwork experience that draws from both ancient traditions and modern research to explore what it means to breathe in connection—with the body, with nature, and with something larger than ourselves.

At the heart of the session is Frequency Breathwork, a continuous, connected breathing technique designed to gently shift you out of the thinking mind and into direct contact with your body’s intelligence.

As the breath deepens, participants are guided into a state of expanded awareness—where the boundary between self and environment softens, and breath becomes a shared rhythm.

The experience closes with a period of stillness and integration, allowing the body to absorb and process what has moved.

Vivian Rosenthal is a ceremonialist, visionary artist, and architect of sacred experience whose work lives at the intersection of breath, sound, ritual, and collective transformation.

She is the founder of Frequency Breathwork, a powerful cyclical breathwork modality that has guided over 10,000 people through profound therapeutic and expanded state experiences. Her work bridges ancient practices with modern science, creating measurable shifts in emotional regulation, consciousness, and self transcendence.

She is also the founder of Diamond Rose Sanctuary, a living nature based retreat center on the water of Long Island Sound devoted to rest, restoration, and the reawakening of our innate intelligence.

Vivian holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, where her thesis explored how immersive environments shape states of consciousness, and is certified in Kundalini Yoga through KRI.

Her large scale collective ceremonies weave breathwork with live music, sound, and embodied ritual, generating immersive fields of coherence, connection, and renewal. She draws equally from neuroscience and ancient wisdom, from the architecture of sacred space and the intelligence of the living world.

Through her work, Vivian invites participants into a state of healing, guiding them to remember
that they are nature, that they are medicine, and that they are already whole.
