Guided Hypnosis for Everyday Presence
Guided Hypnosis for Everyday Presence

Learn through guided hypnosis, how to change your approach to staying present by introducing a gently unexpected, permissive perspective—one that disrupts the habitual “try harder” cycle. This paradoxical approach serves as the intervention itself, reducing unnecessary effort and fostering greater acceptance.

In this experiential event, Paris-based practitioner Yann Hirsch leads you through guided hypnosis designed to break the cycle of overthinking, negative self-talk, and distraction.

Instead of striving for constant focus, you’ll learn gentle practices that invite acceptance and mental reset. By reframing how you approach the present, hypnosis offers a fresh perspective, helping you return with greater clarity, optimism, and connection to yourself. The educational session draws from scientific insights into hypnosis and meditation, making it accessible whether you’re new or simply seeking new ways to support mindful living.

The inspiration

Both meditation and hypnosis use focused attention as a foundation. However, research shows that while meditation encourages acceptance of thoughts and experiences, hypnosis can actively elicit changes in perception and behavior.

How it works

The session begins by demystifying hypnosis through short, interactive exercises that help you experience presence in a new way. You’ll learn how to shift your relationship to anxious thoughts, not by fighting them but by creatively reframing them using guided imagination. The main hypnosis experience uses metaphor and playful mental rehearsal to help you develop simple cues for staying grounded throughout your day. The event ends with open discussion and Q&A, giving you space to reflect, connect, and take home practical tools for everyday presence.

FAQs

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is mostly a subjective experience. It often feels deeply relaxing, but many people also notice that their awareness is actually heightened. You remain fully conscious and aware of your surroundings throughout the experience.

Will I be in control?

Absolutely. Hypnosis is a safe, natural state of focused attention. You are always in control and cannot be made to do anything against your will.

Can I expect immediate results?

Results can vary from person to person. Some notice changes right away, while others may need a few sessions. Approaching hypnosis with an open mind and a willingness to be guided can help you get the best results.
