This sound bath at 113 Spring is a fully immersive, multi-sensory journey available nowhere else. Franck Raharinosy has created a custom sound-flow designed specifically for the acoustics and energy of this iconic space—and the experience is elevated even further by a signature scent crafted exclusively for 113 Spring.

The inspiration

The sustained frequencies experienced during a soundbath slow brainwaves, calm the nervous system, and help release tension held in the body, making it especially effective for reducing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Because sound works directly on the limbic system, many people experience emotional release, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of balance without needing to “try” to meditate.

Sound baths may also encourage brainwave states associated with deep relaxation and meditation, such as alpha and theta waves. These states are linked to improved mood, better sleep, and enhanced creativity (Wahbeh et al., 2007).

How it works

As the session begins, the room fills with its subtle, grounding aroma, opening the senses and preparing the mind for deeper relaxation. The scent and the sound are designed to work together: frequencies that soften the nervous system, paired with an aroma that anchors presence, clarity, and emotional release. The result is a rare convergence of vibration and fragrance—a site-specific ritual where the body listens, the breath deepens, and every sense is invited into stillness. This is not a typical sound bath; it is a curated sensory immersion created only for 113 Spring.

Sound meditation is the easiest form of meditation, all you have to do is to follow the sound.

What makes this unique?

This experience is fully customized for 113 Spring, including bespoke scents and sounds, curated in partnership by In Search Of and created with Franck Raharinosy.

While not a medical treatment, a sound bath supports overall well-being, helping improve sleep, quiet the mind, and create a feeling of grounding, reset, and inner alignment.
