113 Spring NYC, Inc. Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date with original sales receipt.
Returns and exchanges must be in the same condition as when received, unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective or is the wrong item. 113 Spring monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Certain types of items can not be returned like perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants). Returns of gift cards are not accepted.
Refunds will be to the original payment method with the exception of cash which will be refunded to a 113 Spring gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
113 Spring currently ships only within the United States. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Order values in excess of $300 will require signature for delivery.
Changes to Orders
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@113spring.com. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipping label created, it can no longer be modified and will be subject to the returns policy above.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@113spring.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Refunds or exchanges will be subject to the policy above, however, client will not be charged for return shipping in the event of defects, damages or incorrect items.
