Hormonal intelligence, metabolic awareness, and the daily rituals that support sustained performance. This session reframes performance as calibration — understanding the rhythms that govern how we feel and function, and building practices around them rather than against them.

This session looks outward at the relationship between individual energy and shared environment, and what the spaces we inhabit and the people we gather with contribute to how we feel and function.
