There is a distinct shift that happens when women gather with intention.

Women’s Circle offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and return to a deeper sense of grounding and presence. Moving between stillness and expression, the evening invites participants to explore what it means to feel steady, open, and connected — to themselves, to others, and to the natural world.

Guided by Primavera, the experience weaves together meditation, breathwork, sound, and intentional moments of reflection and sharing. Designed to support both nervous system regulation and emotional clarity, the session creates a supportive environment where participants can release tension, reconnect inwardly, and engage in authentic connection.

An INARA sensory experience is integrated into the evening, inviting participants to engage the sense of smell as a pathway into deeper presence. Through scent, the body is guided into subtle emotional and sensory awareness, enriching the overall experience.

How it works

The evening unfolds as a guided group experience combining individual practices with collective moments:

• Grounding meditation and breathwork
• Guided journaling and personal reflection
• Sound-based relaxation and integration
• Facilitated sharing in a supportive group setting
• INARA scent journey integrated into the experience

Participants are invited to engage at their own pace. No prior experience is required.

Blending somatic practices, sound, and a guided INARA sensory layer, the experience moves beyond conversation alone to support a more embodied form of connection. The integration of scent alongside breath, sound, and reflection allows participants to access a deeper level of presence and emotional awareness.
