Women’s Circle offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and return to a deeper sense of grounding and presence. Moving between stillness and expression, the evening invites participants to explore what it means to feel steady, open, and connected — to themselves, to others, and to the natural world.
Guided by Primavera, the experience weaves together meditation, breathwork, sound, and intentional moments of reflection and sharing. Designed to support both nervous system regulation and emotional clarity, the session creates a supportive environment where participants can release tension, reconnect inwardly, and engage in authentic connection.
An INARA sensory experience is integrated into the evening, inviting participants to engage the sense of smell as a pathway into deeper presence. Through scent, the body is guided into subtle emotional and sensory awareness, enriching the overall experience.
