Don’t call it a workout; call it a recalibration.

Walking is the most overlooked tool in longevity. Not because it’s easy, but because we haven’t been taught how to pay attention while we do it. Most movement culture is built on output.

We’re interested in relationships—relationship to effort, relationship to recovery, relationship to the people moving alongside you. Energy Walks at 113 Spring shifts the act of walking from performance to awareness, reframing it as a structured, social practice that focuses on how energy moves through the body, and how environment, pace, and attention shape that experience.
