Details

The Inner Spectrum is an immersive experience designed to explore the body’s internal architecture through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound.

Structured as a progressive journey through a spectrum of distinct states—grounding, creativity, vitality, compassion, expression, intuition, and expansion—the session offers a guided approach to reconnecting with both body and mind.

Each phase is supported by a combination of Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, and mantra, alongside subtle shifts in color and sound that shape the emotional and sensory tone of the experience. This layered environment reinforces each stage of the journey, creating a deeper sense of immersion.

As the session unfolds, the body moves from activation into increasing coherence and regulation, gradually transitioning into slower rhythms and deeper states of rest.

The experience concludes with an immersive gong sound journey designed to support integration, restoration, and full-body relaxation.

Participants leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned.

How it works

You can expect to arrive and ground yourself through the breathe. We will activate through the Kundalini Kriyas, a structured multi-sensory sequence. Next, we will bring in more focused attention and awareness as we incorporate deepening breathwork and mantras. Down-regulate through progressive, successive states, and integrate your experience and recovery with a gong sound immersion.

The Science

Kundalini-based practices integrate movement, breath regulation, and focused attention—modalities shown to support autonomic nervous system balance, circulation, and mental clarity.

Breathwork can directly influence the shift between sympathetic (activation) and parasympathetic (recovery) states. Meditation and mantra practices are associated with reduced stress and improved cognitive focus.

Layered sensory inputs—such as sound and light—can further influence emotional regulation and perception, enhancing immersion and supporting deeper relaxation.

Sound immersion, particularly through instruments like gongs, has been linked to parasympathetic activation and restorative states.
